Are delivery fees included?
No, delivery fees are calculated and charged separately with the option of either MyHermes or UPS Courier. We can deliver our products to virtually any address in the world.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to Mainland UK Delivery on all orders placed on the website will take 3 to 4 working days via My Hermes or 1 to 2 working days via UPS Courier. The price is at cost and is based on the weight and size of the goods.
Unfortunately for Non Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland we can not offer this service and prices are based on what it will cost us to send via courier or Royal Mail.
Please note we normally do not like to send in the post due to previous items sent via Royal Mail not arriving so we will look to send via a tracked method. If you have any questions please call us.
International delivery fees will vary, however when placing your order you will be given an accurate postage quote based upon the items you have added to your shopping cart.
What are the delivery times?
In the UK, orders should be expected within in 1 to 4 days of dispatch (please be aware larger packages may take longer). Courier delivery is typically delivered on the next working day, subject to the delivery location.
Delivery times are subject to the date your order is dispatched; orders placed on bank holidays or national holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day and maybe subject to delays. Delivery at busy times of year, such as the run up to and during Christmas, may be subject to delays also.
International delivery will take longer and outside of Europe, may be subject to additional delays when clearing customs. Customers within Europe should expect delivery within 5 working days. Customers outside of Europe should expect up to 14 working days, although delivery within 7 working days is typical.
We are shut over the Christmas period and orders placed over this period will be sent on the 1st day back in January.
If I am not in when delivery is attempted, what will happen to my goods?
The courier will try to deliver the goods 3 times, leaving a card for you to contact them after each attempt. If the goods are not delivered after the 3rd attempt the goods will be returned to us.
What about customs fees?
If you're shopping with us from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to customs and other handling fees - Reldas Garment Covers cannot be responsible for these fees. In most cases, your courier will issue an invoice for fees due and will deliver your order once the fees have been paid.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the need to return your order is a due to an error on our part, or if your order was received damaged or faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
